Quick start with RACE poker

Create your onchain account and get ready to play

App and Blockchain

• RACE Poker is a decentralized application running in your web browser.

• Enter the app using official website link.

The Alpha version is currently deployed on Solana blockchain. RACE is looking forward to support more chains in the future.

Connecting Wallet

List of supported wallets:

• Phantom

• Solflare

• Exodus

• Sollet

There is no centralized account system in RACE. Public blockchain accounts are used to identify the players. Players verify their actions by signings messages with their wallets.

• After your wallet is set, press "connect" button on top right of the web application.

Setting profile

Once you enter the game for the first time, you will need to set and save your onchain profile.

Pop-up window would require you to enter the following information:

• Nickname - that is how you will be seen by other players in game.

• Profile pic - you can choose any NFT picture that you have in your wallet.

• Save profile. The transaction will initialize to store the information onchain. Confirm it.

The Solana network fees for creating a profile and opening ATAs ~ 0.05 SOL The NFT chosen as a profile picture remains in your wallet. You can edit or delete your profile anytime by clicking your pfp in the lobby.

Generate encryption key

This process is completely automatic.

• Once player's profile is created, the app would require your client to generate RSA keypair.

• Transaction will pop-up requiring you to sign public part of RSA key and share it with dApp

• Your client uses that keypair to encrypt/decrypt cards during the game process.

Start playing!

• Once the encryption data is generated, you are all set to go!
